Lots with 1,000 or more of frontage shall be permitted one freestanding sign not to exceed 60 square feet per face and a height not to exceed six feet. Additionally, a marquee or wall sign with an area not to exceed 20 square feet per use with a total sign area not to 40 square feet total for such signs shall be permitted in addition to a free standing sign if the freestanding sign does not exceed 40 square feet per face. 3. Lots with less than 1,000 feet of frontage shall be permitted one freestanding sign not to exceed 24 square feet per face and a height not to exceed six feet. Additionally, a marquee or wall sign with an area not to exceed 20 square feet per use with a total sign are not to exceed 40 square feet total for such signs shall be permitted. SECTION II. All other parts and portions of Ordinance No. 1226, not amended hereby, shall remain the same. SECTION III. This Ordinance shall take effect from and after 30 days of its passage by the City Council.
