Resolution 5996 — Resolution of Intent - Budget Amendment for BaRSAA This resolution notifies the public of the intent to amend the Bridge and Road Safety and Accountability fund and calls for a public hearing on September 21, 2020. 2. Resolution 5997 — Resolution of Intent - Budget Amendment — Community Development Misc. Fund This resolution notifies the public of the intent to amend the Community Development Miscellaneous Special Revenue Fund and calls for a public hearing on September 21, 2020. 3. Resolution 5998 - Glenwood West Phase 2 Preliminary Plat This resolution would approve a three -lot, 3.6-acre subdivision preliminary plat request from Husky Partners, LLC, at 70 Glenwood Drive, extending to Financial Drive. 4. Cottage Gardens Final Plat and Subdivision Improvement Agreement This item would consider a request from Unique Realty Developer, Inc., for a final plat of a 11.8-acre single-family residential lot major subdivision at 575 and 645 Three Mile Drive. 5. Resolution 5999 - Core Area Street Connector This resolution would select 1st Avenue West North as the north -south street connector for the core area USDOT TIGER Grant Award. Each person not a Council member shall address the Council, at the time designated in the agenda or as directed by the Council, by stepping to the podium or microphone, giving that person's name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record, and unless further time is granted by the Council, shall limit the address to the Council to three minutes. b. All remarks shall be addressed to the Council as a body and not to any member of the Council or Staff. No person, other than the Council and the person having the floor, shall be permitted to enter into any discussion either directly or through a member of the Council, without the permission of the Presiding Officer. d. No question shall be asked of individuals except through the Presiding Officer.
