I am sending this email because of anti government groups are refusing to wear masks at meetings. This makes in-
person public comments unsafe as local COVID-19 cases increase.
I support the educational component of the Fair for 4-H members and believe it can go forward safely as
demonstrated by Missoula's Fair. The additional activities at the Fair, including the carnival rides, rodeo, demo
derby, music and relays cannot be safely managed.
Holding the Fair, in its entirety, jeopardizes the safe start of the school year. The Fair ends just four days before the
first day of school. This not only puts more than 6000 students at risk, but over 700 employees in the Kalispell
school district alone.
