Annroval of Minutes: Janet moved to approve the June 23 minutes; John seconded
(approved 6-0).
New Business:
Signs: 406 Engineering — 35 8t' St E; freestanding sign. Cody Jensen
present as representative. Janet moved to approve; Cara seconded
(approved 6-0).
Building Permits: The Great Indoors — Address TBD (Silverbroolc/Church Dr.);
new indoor play facility, Jennifer Cyber & Brenda Wilkins were
present as representatives, John Montoya joined via conference
call. Eves and cedar wood tones have been added, building color
changed from gray to a Tahoe blue color, trash enclosures will
match the wood siding and fencing. Janet moved to approve; John
seconded (approved 6-0).
Sarah Turner recused herself from Stillwater Square, she is a
representative.
Stillwater Square —address TBD (Silverbrook); 8 building
apartment complexes with 228 units, 8 garage buildings. Brenda
Wilkins, David Koel &Sarah Turner present as representatives.
Janet moved to approve with the condition of some additional
evergreens in the clubhouse area and inner boulevards; John
seconded (approved 6-0).
Sarah reseated.
FedEx Ground — 165 Schoolhouse Loop; office trailer. Robert
Jones present as representative. Sarah moved to approve with the
condition to add an awning over the door and possibly the ADA
ramp and change the color of the trailer to an emerald green to
match the existing building better; John seconded (approved 6-0).
Ford Building — 141 Main St; awning and paint. John moved to
table when a representative can be present with material and color
samples as well as answer questions from the committee; Sarah
seconded (approved to table 6-0).
Old Business: None.
Other Discussion: Rachel gave the committee an update on the RFQ for the
Architectural Design Standards.
