Touchstone LLC, hereinafter referred to as GRANTOR, of 1289 North Meridian Road,

The City of Kalispell has proper corporate needs which may be conveniently located on the
property; and
e The City of Kalispell has determined that it is beneficial to the City of Kalispell to accept
donation of the property from GRANTOR; and
qIn order to contribute to the betterment and development of the neighborhood surrounding
the property and the City of Kalispell, GRANTOR desires to give and donate the property to the City

Therefore, for the consideration recited above, GRANTOR, an entity authorized to transact

politic and corporate, all interest in the following described real estate generally located in the
