HEAR THE PUBLIC: None
PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Public Works has the following issues in regards to
Southside Estates - ½ of the sidewalks on Airport Rd are incomplete, the storm drainage issue
from phase 1 has not been corrected for phase 2 and issues with several of the driveways. In
regard to Universal Mechanical they are still waiting on warranty bonds and record drawings.
OLD BUSINESS:
KNTC Apartments – Jefferson St; revised layout; Public Works has comments out and is waiting
on a resubmittal. This will be on the agenda next week.
Woodland Apartments – 23 Woodland Park; new multi-family. Building & Planning is waiting
on comments back from owner, Parks is still working with owner in regard to the size and location
of the basketball court. Public Works is waiting on a waiver of protest SID for the storm and they
added an additional sidewalk requirement. This will be on the agenda next week.
Great Indoors – Silverbrook; indoor play facility. Nothing new. This will be on the agenda for
next week.
Office Expansion – 220A Kelly Road; 10’x20’ addition to existing office. Nothing new. This will
be on the agenda for next week.
Sherwin Williams – 430 Cascade Loop; new retail. This has passed through site review.
NEW BUSINESS:
St Matthews Phase 1 & 2 – 601 S Main St; parking lot along 6th Street (Phase 1) & 1st Ave W
(Phase 2). Back on agenda because they have decided to do both parking lots, discussion in regards
to handicap parking, sidewalks, etc. This will be on the agenda for next week.
FedEx Ground – 165 Schoolhouse Loop; Office trailer and mobile distribution ramp. Still under
review. This will be on the agenda next week.
Sykes Pharmacy TI – 202 2nd Ave W; Office addition and interior remodel of pharmacy and deli.
This has passed thru site review subject to Dell Phipps sign off.

OTHER:
Northwestern Energy – 890 N Meridian; 5,000 sqft addition to shop. Preliminary comments in
regard to how much additional site work in regard to parking, landscaping, etc. will be required
with this addition and potential ACUP/CUP for expansion of the legally nonconforming use.
