SUBJECT: Fiscal Year 2021 Budget Public Hearing
MEETING DATE: July 6, 2020
BACKGROUND: At the June 15, 2020, regular meeting, City Council authorized the
expenditure of funds necessary for day to day operations from the Fiscal Year 2021 budget and
set a date of July 6, 2020, for holding a public hearing prior to the final adoption of the FY2021
budget.
On August 17, 2020, Council will consider the final budget and establish respective levies.
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council hold a public hearing and
accept public comment on the FY2021 budget.
