The check in the amount of $9,275 is for the installation of landscaping for a 14 unit
apartment building located at 1705 5th Ave East. The landscaping is required as part
of the approved site plan for conditional use permit KCU-03-7. Attached is the
landscaping estimate and estimated completion date submitted by Mr. Milbrandt to
the Planning Department earlier today.

HOWEVER, OUR LANDSCAPER IS VERY BUSY AND WILL NOT

AUGUST 12. HE EXPECTS TO BE ABLE TO START SOON AND
COMPLETE BEFORE THE END OF SEPTEMBER. PLEASE
