I am able to complete these in a timely manner. I am assuming that you have contracted for Phase 1 environmental studies on all of the tracts. Tracts 10, 11, 12 was a motorcycle repair shop before George's second hand store was in operation. I am assuming that there are other tracts that will have some environmental issues. I do have experience appraising contaminated properties for MT-DEQ but this appraisal assignment could require a study that addresses the contamination issues.
