In our offer we have stipulated a Phase I environmental audit which must contain a
determination of no significant findings. The seller has agreed. Hopefully that will
come back clean. If you need anything else let me know.

Patty:
Norm Lee just responded by email to the letter I sent yesterday
regarding appraisals on the five properties.
He mentioned (see attached) possible environmental concerns
stemming from the former uses on the properties. Can you enlighten
me? If there is a potential for problems these must be addressed
immediately, otherwise the appraisals will be full of assumptions and
disclaimers. If hazardious material is found on-site it will impact sale
value and eligibility of FAA funds for any cleanup.
