Diamond Aire & StockhillPati Heath From: Scott Richardson, Mobilfone and Page Northwest, divisions of Richon, Inc. I believe, however that the pumps are on and dispensing fuel. Obvious to this as well, the property needs to be back in Stockhill's name. As I mentioned, we would like to see Diamond Aire served as soon as possible. In the meantime, Scott is determining how to get them fenced off. Last I was aware, Scott was getting bids to have the property marked off, which we hoped would stimulate some action. I'll follow up with Scott to see where he is with the fencing. In addition, Scott has asked me to start billing Stockhill effective December 2002. As we talked, I'm in agreement that this may be difficult since he is not receiving any benefit of the airport and is trying to remove Diamond Aire in order to sell the location. You indicated that you'd give this more thought and get back to me. I know you are tied up with the Tri-Star tower issue for the next couple of days. Hopefully you can let me know on this stuff by Monday, January 13. Thanks for your help. Pati Heath Administrative Coordinator City Manager's Office City of Kalispell, MT 406-758-7774
