Creative Hot Rods APati Heath From: Heath, Pati Sent: Tuesday, September 02, 2003 3:14 PM To: 'Chris Kukulski (ckukulski@kalispell.com)'; 'Scott Richardson (scott@pagenw.com)' Subject: FW: Creative Hotrods Inspection Page 1 of 1Message 1/26/2005 FYI. If it's not one thing with the airport, it's another. Today, I was given a letter sent to Creative Hot Rods by the Kalispell Fire Department dated January 8, 2003. It indicates that Creative Hot Rods can not "perform flammable spray painting operations" at the hangar location, until compliance with the Uniform Fire Code has been met. Since I just received the letter, I talked to Jim Stewart, the Fire Marshall, to determine if they have complied. No one has checked. I've asked him to do a routine inspection for compliance and let us know. I will also talk to Rich Heckel to determine any legal issues this presents and whether Pete Gross will need to be notified. I'll keep you posted. Please follow up with Mike Fleming to determine if the Uniform Fire Code has been met allowing them to paint at the hangar. Once I receive a copy of the final determination, I will forward a copy to the hangar lessee Pete Gross. Thanks for your help in this matter.
