Interlocal Agreement with the Montana Department of Justice for Locating Communications Equipment This agreement would continue to allow communications equipment utilized by law enforcement throughout the state to remain on the Buffalo Hill Water Tower site. 3. Bullitt Sites, LLC Water Tower Lease Agreement This agreement would lease space on the Buffalo Hill Water Tower to Bullitt Sites, LLC, for radio communication equipment. F. COMMITTEE REPORTS G.
