HEAR THE PUBLIC: None
PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Planning, Public Works and Parks will be meeting
with Julie to go over and update the bond spreadsheet.
OLD BUSINESS:
Flathead Industries — 40 E Idaho; drive-through/drop-off addition. Nothing new. This will be on
the agenda for next week.
Kalispell Family Dental — 720 2nd St E; Nothing new. This will be on the agenda for next week.
Town Pump — 2910 Hwy 93 S; new store/casino/lounge; Public Works is ready to sign off with the
condition that the waiver of SID will be received. Parks is still working on landscaping plan and is
not ready to sign off. Fire is ready to sign off. This will be on the agenda next week.
KNTC Apts — Jefferson St; revised layout; Public Works is waiting on warranty bond for 1 St
building. All other departments are still under review. This will be on the agenda next week.
Woodland Apartments — 23 Woodland Park; new multi -family. New submittal was received
5/6/201 it addresses some of the previous issues but not all of them. Parks has not received a
complete landscape plan so they will email Paul Bardos to addresses those issues. Public Works still
needs to review the new submittal. This will be on the agenda for next week.
Copper Mountain — 31 Three Mile Dr; new coffee drive thru. Nothing new. This will be on the
agenda for next week.
Great Indoors — Silverbrook; indoor play facility. Lot needs to go through Final Plat. There are
some questions about where the water and sewer services will be run from and what the stormwater
plan is. Jarod will speak with Mike Brodie. This will be on the agenda for next week.
CTA — 745 S Main St; office remodel; revision to previously approved plans. Changes are not
significant; Rachel will send a list of changes to the Building Dept and Public Works for them to
review. This will be on the agenda for next week.
