The City of Kalispell is committed to providing essential services to the public while also making it a
top priority to protect the health and safety of our citizens. The City of Kalispell continues to follow
the direction of the Flathead City -County Health Department, and the State of Montana in relation to
the COV ID-19 health outbreak.
In light of the recommendation fmm the City -County Health Department to implement service
delivery measures to transition away from walk-in and face-to-face services, the City of Kalispell will
be limiting public access to City Hall at 201 First Avenue East, beginning Thursday. March 19. 2020
until further notice. Only essential meetings will be conducted at City Hall, with most meetings using
conference call or other online meeting services. More information can be found at

Utility payments will be accepted and processed via mail, drop box, phone (406) 758-7745, and
online at www Kol spell ram. Additionally, the City Water Department will not be entering homes to
service water meters, unless there is an emergency. Customers that are impacted will be sent a letter
explaining the situation, how the estimation process works, and that they will be contacted as soon
normalas we service operations.
The Parks and Recreation office at 306 First Avenue East will also be limiting public access.

experts for the health and safety of the community.
