OLD BUSINESS: Flathead Industries – 40 E Idaho; drive-through/drop-off addition. Nothing new. This will be on the agenda for next week.
Kalispell Family Dental – 720 2nd St E; Nothing new. This will be on the agenda for next week.
FVCC College Center – 777 Grandview; new college center; Public Works & Building Department are still waiting on resubmittal. This will be on the agenda next week.
Town Pump – 2910 Hwy 93 S; new store/casino/lounge; Zoning has received a preliminary revision
set for preliminary approval before full submittal is sent. This will be on the agenda next week. KNTC Apts – Jefferson St; revised layout; Public Works & Parks have sent out comments. This will be on the agenda next week.
Woodland Apartments – 23 Woodland Park; new multi-family. Public Works & Zoning sent out comments. Still working on landscaping changes and parking arrangements. This will be on the agenda next week.
Big Sky IV – 560 Cascade Loop; new office building. Nothing New. This will be on the agenda next
week.
Copper Mountain – 31 Three Mile Dr; new coffee drive thru. Zoning has sent comments out. Discussion on what type of distribution will be done on the property. This will be on the agenda
next week.
Global Archive Storage – 135 Schoolhouse Loop; new storage facility. Public Works has comments out, all other departments still under review. There is a developer agreement attached to this property. This will be on the agenda next week.
