By my calculations this would result in an increase of $212.00 monthly by the end of 2024. I am not against paying my share of tax increases necessary to maintain the city infrastructure but to a retired couple on a fixed income this is a significant increase. Why would this be coupled with a decrease in impact fees? I realize you don't want to discourage development, but I don't want to subsidize it. Please consider this in your decision.
