Dear Mayor Johnson and Kalispell City Council,
I write as a concerned Nurse and Flathead County resident for the health of our community members
through the COVID-19 health emergency. Annie Bukacek’s opposition to emergency precautions in the
face of irrefutable data to the contrary, is dangerous.
Her positions on the board regarding COVID-19 preparedness are political and not based on science.
We need cool and science-based reason on our board, not political extremism.
Health care workers such as myself do not want to see our community members needlessly suffer should
we continue to see community spread of the disease.
I know it is difficult to have a member of the board removed, but she has proven herself to be a danger to
our community. Thank you for your consideration.
And most of all, thank you for your hard work.
