It is interesting to note that tonight's meeting agenda has proposed allowing the city & KPD to 1. Prevent ingress and egress to the city and also 2. To enforce a quarantine and curfew where no real emergency exists. (Page 56, item 3) I believe this part needs to be stricken from the proposed ordnance completely. This statement has NO place in a free society in spite of perceived health dangers, which are by all accounts not worse than a standard flu seasonhere in the valley. While you may be able to recover some state or government monies through this declaration, infringing on ANY freedoms of its inhabitants will serve no purpose at all.
