Hello my name is Stephanie Graff. I am emailing in regards to the meeting happening tonight.
I would like to voice that I disagree strongly that we give sole power to our City Manager. Idont believe that it is necessary to allow one person to decide whether Martial Law be enacted.
I do not agree with implementing Martial Law. I dont think it is necessary or needed. And isstripping us of our constitutional rights. We live in a free country. And forcing us to stay in
our homes is wrong. We as a county do not have as high of cases as other county's in Montanaat this moment and do not see the reason to enforce us to stay in our homes. We have already
sacrificed quite a few of our rights for the better of the health of everyone. And I amfrightened to see that we are getting more and more of our rights taken away. We live in the
United States of America, an amazing country known for its democracy and freedoms. I seeall that disappearing and us as a country looking more like the other countries around us. I also
do not agree with shutting the public out of these decisions. We as a city should be makingthis decision together. I appreciate your time and I hope you take my thoughts into
consideration.Thank you.
