Council Members:
Curfew laws in Kalispell particularly and Montana in general would be an
inappropriate restriction on Montana's traditional view of Liberty and
personal choice.
Is it really necessary? No! Manhattan has 66,000+ residents per square
mil, Montana has 7. Sickness multiplies in high population density
areas. We are not one. One size does not fit all. Think Montana
instead of New York no matter how stylish it is to imitate New York.
