OLD BUSINESS:
The Crossings – Two Mile Drive; new apartment complex. Developer received FEMA approval.
Public Works has signed off; however, they have made some small changes that will need to be re-
looked at, utilities are approved. Per Patrick Jentz they are looking at moving the lift station.
Approved through site review pending other department sign offs.
Flathead Industries – 40 E Idaho; drive-through/drop-off addition. Nothing new. This will be on
the agenda for next week.
UPS – 1151 N Meridian; expansion of existing facility. Public Works has received revised plans that
shifts the southern access to the south and will operate as two separate approaches. The gas station
will be left as is for now. Public Works & Building have sent out comments. This will be on the
agenda for next week.
Kalispell Family Dental – 720 2nd St E; Has passed through Architectural Review. Full submittals
have not been received so reviews cannot be completed. This will be on the agenda for next week.
Montana Executive Office – 1001 Main St; remodel; Public Works is ready to sign off. Building is
still under review. This will be on the agenda for next week.
FVCC College Center – 777 Grandview; new college center; Nothing new. This will be on the
agenda next week.
Town Pump – 2910 Hwy 93 S; new store/casino/lounge; Nothing new. MDT has received
submittals and is reviewing. This will be on the agenda next week.
KNTC Apts – Jefferson St; revised layout; Nothing New. This will be on the agenda next week.
Smith’s - 195 3rd Ave EN; parking lot overlay. Building is ready to sign off. Public Works is ready
to sign off as well; they still need stormwater & maintenance agreement. Approved through site
review pending other department sign offs.
Woodland Apartments – 23 Woodland Park; new multi-family. Building spoke with owner and
advised they will have to hire an architect. Public Works has received some submittals for review.
This will be on the agenda next week.
