PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: None
OLD BUSINESS:
Flathead Industries – 40 E Idaho; drive-through/drop-off addition. Nothing new. This will be on
the agenda for next week.
UPS – 1151 N Meridian; expansion of existing facility. PRV Building will be a part of the main
building permit rather that its own. Approved by site review subject to Parks sign-off.
Kalispell Family Dental – 720 2nd St E; Has passed through Architectural Review. Tabler will send
letter in regard to missing civil plans. Building has not received a full submittal for review. This will
be on the agenda for next week.
Montana Executive Office – 1001 Main St; remodel; Public Works is ready to sign off. Building is
still under review. Landscaping is still a work in progress. This will be on the agenda for next week.
FVCC College Center – 777 Grandview; new college center; Public Works has submitted 1st round
of comments and will begin 2nd review soon, Swank was awarded the bid and a new set of plans will
be sent to building department soon. This will be on the agenda next week.
Town Pump – 2910 Hwy 93 S; new store/casino/lounge; Public Works has started their review,
Building has not. MDT has received submittals and is reviewing. This will be on the agenda next
week.
KNTC Apts – Jefferson St; revised layout; Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week.
Woodland Apartments – 23 Woodland Park; new multi-family. Building spoke with owner and
advised they will have to hire an architect. Public Works has received some submittals for review.
This will be on the agenda next week.
NEW BUSINESS: None
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: There will be no April Planning Board Meeting

Kalispell Center Mall – discussed upcoming preliminary plat waiver
