OLD BUSINESS:
The Crossings — Two Mile Drive; new apartment complex. Still waiting on FEMA approval, other
than that nothing new. This will be on the agenda for next week.
Flathead Industries — 40 E Idaho; drive-through/drop-off addition. Nothing new. This will be on
the agenda for next week.
4th and Zuri — 55 4th Ave WN; remodel existing building to multi -use. This has passed through site
review.
UPS — 1151 N Meridian; expansion of existing facility. UPS submitted new south access design;
Public Works is reviewing. This will be on the agenda for next week.
Kalispell Family Dental — 720 2nd St E; Nothing new. This will be on the agenda for next week.
Montana Executive Office — 100 1 Main St; remodel; Nothing new. This will be on the agenda for
next week.
FVCC College Center — 777 Grandview; new college center; Public Works has sent out their first
set of comments and are expecting a second submittal from architect soon. Fire has reviewed and so
far, everything looks good. This will be on the agenda next week.
Town Pump — 2910 Hwy 93 S; new store/casino/lounge; new submittal, no reviews yet, has not
gone to architectural review yet. This will be on the agenda next week.
KNTC Apts — Jefferson St; revised layout; Public Works is concerned with sewer main placement
and access to maintenance. This will be on the agenda next week.
Smith's - 195 3rd Ave EN; parking lot overlay. No change in layout. Building needs to review
slopes and Public Works is waiting on one more calculation. Will be on the agenda next week.
NEW BUSINESS:
Woodland Apartments — 23 Woodland Park Dr; new multi -family. Submittals are not complete,
has not been through architectural review yet. This will be on the agenda next week.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: Reviewed March 10 agenda.
OTHER REPORTS: Copper Mountain Coffee — potential new location at Meridian & Three
Mile — Mike Frazier looking for preliminary comments, zoning gave some landscape suggestions,
approaches need to be confirmed.
