OLD BUSINESS:
CHS/Bridgewater — 150 1 St Ave EN: remodel. Mark Johnson, Architect, will be submitting a
phasing and landscaping soon. Building Department needs the properties combined into one with
building code easement from zoning. A stop work order has been placed on the site until building
permits have been issued. Public Works will be checking on the number of services coming into the
site. This will be on the agenda for next week.
The Crossings — Two Mile Drive; new apartment complex. Public Works has sent out all comments
regarding stormwater revisions, the ball is in the developer's court. This will be on the agenda for
next week.
Flathead Industries — 40 E Idaho; drive-through/drop-off addition. Nothing new. This will be on
the agenda for next week.
4th and Zuri — 55 4th Ave WN; remodel existing building to multi -use. Lanscaping and building
reviews are complete, Public Works is waiting for the 1 St submittal. This will be on the agenda for
next week.
UPS —1151 N Meridian; expansion of existing facility. Tom Tabler, Keith Haskins and PJ Sorensen
met on site with the gas station owner representative to discuss southern access. This will be on the
agenda for next week.
Kalispell Family Dental — 720 2nd St E; Nothing new. This will be on the agenda for next week.
Montana Executive Office — 1001 Main St; remodel; Zoning will be submitting comments soon,
Parks & Rec is currently working on the plan review and Building will be working with zoning on
combing the four parcels into one. This will be on the agenda for next week.
FVCC College Center — 777 Grandview; new college center; Public Works is currently reviewing.
This will be on the agenda next week.
NEW BUSINESS:
Glacier High School — 375 Wolfpack Way; track storage shed; Public Works has nothing to review,
Building will be the only review. This is approved by site review.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: 430 Stillwater Rd PUD will be going to a work session on March
10, 2020.
OTHER REPORTS: Meadows Edge Phase 2 — Developer would like to start on approximately 5-6
lots asap. Wade Rademacher has spoken with Fire Chief Dave Dedman to find out what is needed as
far as the fire department is concerned for them to start building before final plat approval. Final Plat
is scheduled to go in front of City Council for approval on March 2, 2020. Sewer is functional,
Minor PUD Amendment to start before final plat, Wade needs to submit a formal request.
