OLD BUSINESS:
The Crossings — Two Mile Drive; new apartment complex. Public Works is waiting for the review
comments on the lift station from Foley Engineering. Planning advises that a subdivision should be
completed for the utility lot. This will be on the agenda for next week.
Flathead Industries — 40 E Idaho; drive-through/drop-off addition. Nothing new. This will be on
the agenda for next week.
4th and Zuri — 55 4th Ave V N; remodel existing building to multi -use. Nothing new. This will be
on the agenda for next week.
CHS/Bridgewater —150 1 St Ave EN: remodel. Tom Tabler is waiting on comments back from Mark
Johnson. Building is working with architect on the ADA ramp design. This will be on the agenda for
next week.
UPS — 1151 N Meridian; expansion of existing facility. Not much new. The south access is still
being worked on; Public Works is waiting for re -submittal. The TIS had 2 recommendations for the
south access. One would be to have a shared access. The 2nd would be to shift the access 150 feet to
the south. UPS would like to keep full movement at this access. This will be on the agenda for next
week.
Morrison-Maierle — 172 Timberwolf; new office building. Still working on the pedestrian
connectivity and accessible route. Everything else is good to go. This has passed site review.
Kalispell Family Dental — 720 2nd St E; Nothing new. This will be on the agenda for next week.
Flathead Gymnastics — 1380 Hwy 2 W; This has passed site review.
NEW BUSINESS: Montana Executive Office Suites — new project coming to SRC soon, will be
presented at ARC on February 11 to
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: Stillwater Bend Phase 1 has been approved by City Council
OTHER REPORTS:
Pedestrian connectivity and ADA —discussed various rules/codes in the different departments
(Public Works, Building, Zoning).
