OLD BUSINESS:
Frontier Village Apartments — Treeline; new apartment complex. Public works is ready to sign
off. Final Plat is close to submittal. Mark Johnson, architect, will contact Dave Dedman to discuss
the phasing plan and if he needs a temporary fire turnaround and a fire hydrant in place before
construction starts. This is passed through Site Review.
CHS/Bridgewater —150 1 St Ave EN: remodel. Tom Tabler met with Mark Johnson to review recent
comments submitted by Public Works, he will review the changes made. Johnson is working on the
revised landscape plan for Parks and Rec. This will be on the agenda for next week.
The Crossings — Two Mile Drive; new apartment complex. FEMA has not issued letter of map
revision as of 1/30. Parks and Rec has received the full set of landscape plans for review. Building
submitted comments to the architect on 1 /29. Public Works has submitted comments and should be
receiving comments from Foley Engineering in regard to the lift station. This will be on the agenda
for next week.
Flathead Industries — 40 E Idaho; drive-through/drop-off addition. Nothing new. This will be on
the agenda for next week.
4th and Zuri — 55 4th Ave WN; remodel existing building to multi -use. Nothing new. This will be
on the agenda for next week.
UPS — 1151 N Meridian; expansion of existing facility. Public Works is close to completing the
review, they are still working on the PRV building at the southern approach. The southern access is
still a concern based off findings in the TIS; Public Works would like to see the southern approach
off Meridian turned into a one way or shared approach because it's so close to the gas station,
concerned with driver confusion. Waiting on green belt drawings as well as 5ft landscape buffer
information. This will be on the agenda for next week.
Morrison-Maierle —174 Timberwolf; new office building. Public Works feels they should have a
pedestrian connection to the sidewalk from the building just like the surrounding buildings. Possibly
take a look at connecting the pedestrian path along the bypass to the building. This will be on the
agenda for next week.
Kalispell Family Dental — 720 2nd St E; Nothing new. This will be on the agenda for next week.
