OLD BUSINESS:
Frontier Village Apartments — Treeline; new apartment complex. Parks has reviewed the
landscape plans just need to measure the tree spacing. Public works will be sending out the letter of
approval for easement agreement. Final Plat is close to submittal. This will be on the agenda for next
week.
The Crossings — Two Mile Drive; new apartment complex. FEMA has not issued letter of map
revision as of 1 /23 . Landscape plan submitted does not following the phasing plan, Parks has sent
out comments. Public Works is working on lift station review. This will be on the agenda for next
week.
Flathead Industries — 40 E Idaho; drive-through/drop-off addition. Nothing new. This will be on
the agenda for next week.
4th and Zuri — 55 4th Ave WN; remodel existing building to multi -use. Public Works is still waiting
on reports and checklists, otherwise nothing new. This will be on the agenda for next week.
CHS/Bridgewater —150 1 St Ave EN: remodel. New drawings submitted with changes to the Alpine
Lighting entrance with courtyard and parking changes. Parking rearranged where possible coffee
kiosk will be to include space for a food truck and/or snow storage. Public Works sent out comments
on 1 / 15 and had not received a resubmittal as of 1 /23 . This will be on the agenda for next week.
UPS —1151 N Meridian; expansion of existing facility. Public Works would like to see the southern
approach off of Meridian turned into a one way in approach because it's so close to the gas station,
concerned with driver confusion. Possibly make a shared approach with the gas station. Public
Works to talk to Fran with CTA in regard to access modifications. This will be on the agenda for
next week.
Morrison-Maierle —174 Timberwolf; new office building. Public Works feels they should have a
pedestrian connection to the sidewalk from the building just like the surrounding buildings. This
will be on the agenda for next week.
Kalispell Family Dental — Nothing new. This will be on the agenda for next week.
NEW BUSINESS: None
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: PJ advised of agenda items for the February 11 meeting.
OTHER REPORTS: Flathead Gymnastics Academy has come into the planning office, mostly
indoor remodel, some parking changes will be occurring.
