MINUTES OF MEETING
JULY 24, 2019
CALL TO ORDER AND
The meeting of the Kalispell Technical Advisory Committee was
ROLL CALL
called to order at 2:05 p.m. Committee Members Present were:
Doug Russell, Mark Munsinger, Marc Liechti, Phil Mitchell, Dave
Prunty, Justin Juelfs, Susie Turner, Bob Vosen, Tim Larson,
Thomas Jentz, Rory Young. There were approximately 8 people in
the audience and KLJ Consultant Wade Kline joined via Skype.
APPROVAL OF THE
Prunty moved and Vosen seconded a motion to approve the minutes

VOTE BY ACCLAMATION
The motion passed unanimously on a vote by acclamation.

ITEM #1
Jentz briefed the members of the committee on the scope of work

MOTION
Vosen moved and Larson seconded a motion to recommend to the
Kalispell City Council a scope of work for the proposed contract
with KLJ.

ITEM #2
Jentz asked for TAC Committee volunteers willing to serve on the

repairs on the Hungry Horse Bridge, KLJ final design on Airport
Road to 93, chip sealing at West Glacier and the Build Grant for the
bypass.
