Approval of Minutes: Susanne moved to approve the September 24 minutes; John
seconded (Approved 5-0)
New Business:
Signs: Weight Watchers – 1111 Hwy 2; freestanding sign panel – Janet
moved to approve; David seconded (approved 5-0)
Imperial Dry Cleaners – 720 W Idaho; freestanding sign panel –
Susanne moved to approve; David seconded (approved 5-0)
Building Permits: Crossings – Two Mile Dr; new apartment complex; John moved to
table and come back with changes listed below; Janet seconded
(approved to table 5-0) – blue siding brighter; 4ft fencing in place
of 6ft fencing w/ more landscaping to buffer; no chain-link
fencing; location of utilities; change dark gray siding to a warmer
gray; clarify trash location and color of window vinyl.
Old Business: Central School – 124 2nd Ave E; freestanding sign; nothing new
submitted; will remove from agenda pending new information
Flathead Industries – 40 E Idaho; addition to existing retail; John
moved to approve; Susanne seconded (approved 5-0)
Other Discussion: ARC guidelines discussion – NONE
ARC Awards – board made final decision on ARC award winners
– Villas (Immanuel Lutheran); KRMC digestive health and
children’s center; Great Northern Dental; and Distillery Square
