Approval of Minutes: John moved to approve the April 23 minutes; David seconded
(Approved 5-0)
New Business:
Signs: Eagle Installation – 156 5th Ave WN; freestanding sign - no
representative present – John moved to approve; Susanne 2nd
(approved 5-0)
Building Permits: None.
Old Business: Montana Base Camp – 1000 Base Camp Ave (along south side of
Hwy 93 bypass); bathroom and check-in buildings – Andy
Matthews, Matt Lawrance and Dan Galle all present as
representatives – Andy advised the check in building has been put
on hold at this time so he would like just the bathrooms and signs
approved at this time. Committee agreed that the bathrooms and
signs would be approved on two separate motions.
Signs – David moved to approve; John 2nd (approved 5-0)
Bathrooms – John moved to approve; Susanne 2nd (approved 5-0)
