PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: None.
OLD BUSINESS:
Frontier Village Apartments — Treeline; new apartment complex. Nothing new. This will be on
the agenda for next week.
CHS/Bridgewater — 150 1 St Ave EN: remodel. Public Works will be starting review early next
week. Future coffee kiosk water and sewer services location are still in question. This will be on the
agenda for next week.
The Crossings — Two Mile Drive; new apartment complex. Developer is still waiting to get
information back from FEMA and they are just starting the design of their lift station. Public Works
will be sending out review comments earlier next week. This will be on the agenda for next week.
Flathead Industries — 40 E Idaho; drive-through/drop-off addition. Nothing new. This will be on
the agenda for next week.
4th and Zuri — 55 4th Ave V N; remodel existing building to multi -use. Public Works is still waiting
for the design calculations and checklist for their storm system. Rick is still waiting for the
mechanical drawings and is working with the plumber on the plumbing drawings. This will be on the
agenda for next week.
UPS — 1151 N Meridian; expansion of existing facility. Public Works has completed their review
and will submit comments early next week. This will be on the agenda for next week.
Morrison-Maierle —174 Timberwolf; new office building. Question about covered parking garage
and if covered handicap parking will have to be provided as well. Planning and Building will review
during the plan review. Public Works noted that the address is 172 Timberwolf not 174. Public
Works will review sidewalk connections and look at location of trash enclosures during review.
Current trash enclosure location may not work. This will be on the agenda for next week.
NEW BUSINESS:
Kalispell Family Dental — 720 2nd Street E; exterior remodel & small addition. This project was just
submitted to the planning office and will be on the agenda for next week.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: None.
OTHER REPORTS:
KNTC Apartments — Rose Crossing; preliminary comments on modified design. Jackola provided
new layout with more detailed storm drains than what was emailed out earlier this week. Public
Works would like to see sections of the water main centered more to the middle of the drive aisles,
some of the valve clusters need to be moved away from curbing, ADA stalls more centered at
entrance of the ADA access ways and trash enclosures need to be slightly adjusted for better access.
This will not be on the agenda next week.
