Ordinance 1832 — Second Reading — Jaxson Ridge Zoning Siderius Construction LLP is requesting zoning of City R-4 at 1702 South Woodland Avenue. First reading passed unanimously on December 2, 2019. Resolution 5955 — Tax Increment Finance (TIF) Policies This resolution would approve the policies of the Downtown Kalispell TIF Assistance Program, and the amended West Side Urban Renewal — Core Area TIF Assistance Program. 3. Resolution 5956 — Resolution of Intent — Standards for Design and Construction This resolution provides for public notice of council intent to consider amendments to the Design and Construction Standards and sets the public hearing on January 6, 2020. 4. Kalispell Business Improvement District Appointment This item would approve the Mayoral appointment of Jon Fetveit to the Business Improvement District for the remainder of a term expiring April 30, 2020 I.
