Lot Maintenance — The Board reviewed our current agreement with the B.I.D. for the general clean-up of
the 8 City of Kalispell parking lots. Currently, Paul is picking up garbage and weeding the landscaped
areas on an as needed basis, not to exceed 6 hours per week. The arrangement is in place from the
beginning of May through October. Janet would like to revisit this at a future meeting to discuss the
possibility of adding additional hours for Paul to spend in the lots.
Janet wanted it noted that the Eagles Lot was not striped as discussed at the May meeting and the gravel
from last winter still has not been removed.
Boot removal fee —The current fee of $35 for boot removal was discussed.
