RESOLUTION NO. 4154
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A REVISED PERSONNEL POLICIES HANDBOOK FOR ALL
EMPLOYEES.
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the citizens of the City
of Kalispell, and the employees of the City of Kalispell,
that all policies relating to persons working for the
City of Kalispell be placed in a Personnel Policies
Handbook, and
WHEREAS, the City Manager of the City of Kalispell, has prepared
and presented to the Kalispell City Council on May 2,
1994 a Revised Personnel Policies Handbook for employees;
and
WHEREAS, the adoption of the policies in said handbook appears to
be in the best interest of the citizens of the City of
Kalispell and the employees of the City of Kalispell.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF KALISPELL, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That the Personnel Policies Handbook dated
April 1, 1985 is hereby repealed.
SECTION II. That the Revised Personnel Policies Handbook
presented to the City Council by the office of
the City Manager of the City of Kalispell on
May 2, 1994 is hereby adopted as the official
Personnel Policies Handbook for all employees
of the City of Kalispell, Montana.

THE MAYOR THIS 2ND DAY OF MAY , 1994.
