Re: Old School Station — Water and Sewer Latecomer's Fees
Dear Charlie:
The intent of this letter is to let the City of Kalispell know that Glacier Investment
Properties (GIP) intends to pay the late comers fee for Old School Station but will have
to obtaining financing to do so. We anticipate financing will be arranged and the fee
paid by January 1, 2009.
GIP does not concur with the interpretation of the City on the Latecomers Agreement
and that by paying such amount waive no claims or rights you may have relating to the
Developer or other parties relating to the purchase of the property.
