Re: Cold School Station --- Water and Sewer Latecomer's Fees
Gentlemen:
Thank you for your letter which was hand delivered to my office last week in
which you acknowledged that you would be making full payment of the Old School
Station water and Sewer Latecomer's Fees that are past due before January 1,
2009. In consideration of and in reliance upon this assurance the City will take no
legal action before that time.
I would ask that, as a courtesy, I am provided with one or two further
assurances in the next 10 weeks that I can pass on to the investor that the matter is
moving forward. I imagine that he too has creditors who are concerned about cash
flows and who simply want some reassurance.
