BACKGROUND: Probationary Firefighter Wesley Barr has completed his probationary time
period and all appointment requirements with the Kalispell Fire Department as of July 30, 2019.
According to Montana Code Annotated 7-33-4106, all firefighters must be appointed by the council.
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council confirm the appointment of
Wesley Barr as a Firefighter for the City of Kalispell.
