A RESOLUTION DECLARING THAT NO PRIMARY ELECTION ELECTION IN BE HELD TO
QUALIFY CANDIDATES FOR THE CITY OFFICIALS
WHEREAS, the City of Kalispell is scheduled to hold a
General City Officials Election on November 5, 1991, and
WHEREAS, a Special Primary CityOfficials Election has been
scheduled for September 10, 1991, d

announcing candidacy for the election expired on June 27, 1991,

NOW THEREFORE .BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That a primary election to qualify
candidates for the September 10, 1991 City election
shall not be held.
SECTION II. That this Resolution is passed pursuant to
Section 13-14-115, M.C.A.
SECTION III. This Resolution shall take effect
immediately upon passage by the City Council and
approval by the Mayor.
