RESOLUTION NO. 3967
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY -CLERK TREASURER TO TRANSFER
FUNDS FROM SID 324 FUND TO REVOLVING FUND..
WHEREAS, the City has in its SID 324 Fund a balance of
$6,032.14, and
WHEREAS said Fund is inactive, and
WHEREAS, the City is authorized and required to transfe
r
ordinance, and I
funds from one fund to another fund only by resolution o
WHEREAS, an appropriate fund to transfer said Fund to is the
Revolving Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of Kalispell as follows:
That the City Clerk -Treasurer is hereby authorized and
directed to transfer the amount of $6,032..14 from the
SID 324 Fund to the Revolving Fund.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL AND APPROVED
BY THE MAYOR THIS 7th DAY OF January , 1991.
