Resolution 4733 - Clerk & Finance Dept Copy Fee ScheduleRESOLUTION NO. 4733 A RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH A FEE SCHEDULE FOR COPIES OF PUBLIC RECORDS AND CERTIFICATIONS FROM THE OFFICES OF THE CITY CLERIC AND FINANCE DIRECTOR. WHEREAS, the City Clerk and Finance Director receive a number of requests for copies of City records, and WHEREAS, the City Clerk receives requests for certification of records, and WHEREAS, in order to recover the public cost of service, a fee schedule should be implemented for this information. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL FOLLOWS: SECTION I. The fee schedule for providing a copy of a document or record: For the first page of any document: 50 cents For each subsequent page: 25 cents For council meeting packets: 15 dollars For budget book: printing cost For annual financial report: printing cost SECTION II. The fee schedule for providing certified copies: For each certification with seal affixed: 2 dollars SECTION III. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage by the City Council.
