The City plans to replace the liner on top of the TWAS Storage Tank after completion of this project. 5. It would be acceptable to the City to take a portion of the existing fence out that is north of Secondary Digester I to accommodate the cover laydown. 6. The City plans to not irrigate the area around the digesters prior to work to harden the ground for construction activities. 7.
