Construction Agreement with Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) regarding US 93 - Idaho to Grandview This agreement defines operation and maintenance responsibilities of the State and the City for construction/reconstruction that MDT plans to undertake. 3. Ordinance 1813 — Second Readiniz — Silverbrook PUD Amendment This Ordinance would amend a 17-acre portion of the Silverbrook Planned Unit Development from an R-4 (Two -Family Residential) Zone to RA-1 (Residential Apartment) Zone at 240 Church Drive in order to develop Stillwater Commons. 4. Confirmation of Officer Tim Cronin to the Kalispell Police Department Police Officer Timothy Cronin has successfully completed his probationary period and Council confirmation of his appointment is requested. PUBLIC HEARING — Ea2le Valley Ranch PUD Growth Policy Amendment Council will accept comments regarding the Council's intent to consider a growth policy amendment for designation of 41-acres currently known as the Valley Ranch PUD from Suburban Residential to Urban Mixed Use. H. REPORTS, RECOMMENDATIONS, AND SUBSEQUENT COUNCIL ACTION Persons wishing to address the council on individual agenda items will be asked to do so following staff reports. Ordinance 1812 — Second Readins — MT Base Came RV Park — PUD/Zoniniz This Ordinance would apply B-2 Zoning with a commercial planned unit development overlay on a 50.33-acre site located south of the 4-lane alternate 93 roundabout west of U.S. Highway 93, north of Ashley Meadows and east of Ashley Creek into a 330 space R.V park. 2. Silverbrook Phase 2B-A Subdivision Final Plat This item considers a request from WGM Group, on behalf of Silvermont Properties for a 10-lot single-family and 1-lot multi -family subdivision on 18.3 acres at 240 Church Drive. 3. Agriculture Education Center Extension of Sewer Service This item considers a request from School District 5 for an extension of sewer service without annexation for the Agriculture Education Center on FFA Drive. Each person not a Council member shall address the Council, at the time designated in the agenda or as directed by the Council, by stepping to the podium or microphone, giving that person's name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record, and unless further time is granted by the Council, shall limit the address to the Council to three minutes. b. All remarks shall be addressed to the Council as a body and not to any member of the Council or Staff. C. No person, other than the Council and the person having the floor, shall be permitted to enter into any discussion either directly or through a member of the Council, without the permission of the Presiding Officer. d. No question shall be asked of individuals except through the Presiding Officer.
