The CCTV Pipeline Inspection Camera will replace the current camera, which requires frequent maintenance and leads to significant downtime as the repair facilities are out of state. One responsive bid was received. The bid result is as follows: Bidder Make and Model Bid Schedule 1 Envirosight NorMont Equipment $104,140.00 Rower X Staff has reviewed the bid submittals and determined they adequately meet the specifications required in the bid package. ACTION REQUESTED: At the City Council meeting, motion to award Bid Schedule 1 of the CCTV Pipeline Inspection Camera to NorMont Equipment. FISCAL EFFECTS: FY 18/19 Stormwater Fund, 5349-453-430249-940 and Sewer Fund, 5310- 454-430630-940 include a total of $100,000 for the purchase of a new CCTV Pipeline Inspection Camera. Since the bid amount is slightly over budget, funds from an alternative line item will need to be utilized to cover the difference. As such, Sewer Fund 9962 Sewer Main Slip Lining Project has been completed under budget and will supplement the $4,140.00 difference between the bid amount and the budgeted amount. ALTERNATIVES: As suggested and approved by the City Council.
