Bill moved to approve the January 8 minutes; David seconded.
Approved 3-0
Signs: The Carpet Store — 525 W Idaho; freestanding & wall signs —
Representative Gary Collier; Bill moved to approve as submitted
contingent on repair of existing Faucets & Fixtures sign and email
approval from board members who were not present today; David
2nd (Approved 3-0 pending email approval)
Building Permits: KFC/A&W — 60 N Main St; awnings, freestanding sign & wall
signs — Representative Rose Therrien; David moved to approve the
signs only and table the awning and building permit, the board
would like to see changes made to the paint scheme proposed, feel
it's too loud and does not fit with the look of downtown, would
like to see the brick stay as is rather than being painted gray; Bill
2nd (signs approved 3-0 pending email approval from other board
members — awnings/building permit tabled )

Other Discussion: ARC guidelines discussion — PJ advised the board that staff is
waiting on the entrance corridors to play out at the next planning
board meeting before moving on to city council.
