I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting recording officer of the City of
Kalispell, Montana, hereby certify that the attached resolution is a true copy of Resolution 5059
entitled: "A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC IEARING To AMEND THE ANNUAL
APPROPRIATIONS OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA, AS SET FORTH IN THE
2005-2006 BUDGET ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL" (the "Resolution"), on file in the
original records of the City in nay legal custody; that the Resolution was duly adopted by the City
Council of the City at a regular meeting on October 17, 2005, and that the meeting was duly held by
the City Council and was attended throughout by a quorum, pursuant to call and notice of such
meeting given as required by law; and that the Resolution has not as of the date hereof been amended
or repealed.
I further certify that, upon vote being taken on the Resolution at said meeting, the following
Council members voted in favor thereof: Jinn .Atkinson Mari Gabriel Bob Hafferman Bob

A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC NEARING TO AMEND THE ANNUAL
APPROPRIATIONS OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA, AS SET FORTH IN
THE 2005-2006 BUDGET ADOPTER] BY THE CITY COUNCIL.
WHEREAS, in the budget adopted by the City of Kalispell for the 2005-2006 fiscal year, certain
detailed and itemized estimates of expenditures have proven inaccurate in the
operation of said Funds for the 2005-2006 fiscal year.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. On the 7th day of November, 2005 at 7:00 o'clock P.M., in the Council
Chambers, City Hall, 312.1st Avenue East, Kalispell, Montana, the City
Council of the City of Kalispell shall hold a Public Hearing on the following
.amendment to the 2005-2006 fiscal budget:
