1. Call to Order:

Tom Jentz and Jarod Nygren from the Planning Department attended the meeting. Tom Tabler from
Public Works was also in attendance.
Glacier Bank has the contract for the Glacier Bank Lot adjacent to the 406 and we are waiting to hear
back from them. The contract states that there will be 8 metered spaces and one handicap space on the
street side of the lot.
7. New Business:
Matt made a motion suggesting the removal of 2-hour parking restrictions on all proposed angle
parking.
Discussion on the motion.

The motion to approve passed.
Captain Rademacher requested input from the Board on the possibility of removing the 30 minute space
on the north side of 4th Street East. Currently, four of the 5 spaces are Police Vehicles only. As the
department continues to grow, parking is becoming more and more difficult for the police vehicles.
Discussion followed. There was not a vote.
The next meeting will be Thursday, November 15.
