Re: Old School Station — Water and Sewer Latecomer Fees
Dear Charlie:
I represent Glacier Investment Properties, LLC, the owner of the property located
at 125 School House Loop that is occupied by Morrison Maierle. They received last
Friday a letter from Susie Turner requesting payment of $57,839.69 for water and sewer
latecomer fees. 1 understand that there is an agreement between the developer and the
City relating to the imposition and collection of such fees. I would like to review the
agreement on behalf of Glacier Investment Properties, LLC.
At the time that the property was purchased in May of 2007 the Buyer was
unaware of any latecomer agreement and the Seller's disclosure did not indicate any
latecomer fee agreement.
I would like to schedule a meeting for a representative of my client and myself
with you and the appropriate persons at the City to try and get the history on the
subdivision, annexation, plan for utilities and the latecomer fees.
