Approval of May, 2018 Board Meeting Minutes:
The May Minutes are amended to read the Board decided they will no longer be approving the financial
statements just reviewing them.
4. Hearing of the Public:
5. Financial Updates for May and June 2018:
6. Parking Updates for May and June 2018:
7. Unfinished Business:
Jarod Nygren attended the meeting to provide a parking update. Upon doing the measurements for the
addition of diagonal parking, it was determined that it will allow far less spaces than originally suggested.
A work session will be held to discuss the proposed parking changes and should go before Council in the
next couple weeks.
8. New Business:
The suggestion was made to convert half of the lot that is directly south of the 406 Bar and Grill to
metered parking. This lot is owned by Glacier Bank and is currently used for bank employee parking. It
is often confused as parking for the 406 and bank employees often return from lunch to find their assigned
spaces occupied. Captain Rademacher will approach Glacier Bank to see if this is something they would
be interested in.
Prior to the meeting, it was determined that due to the location of the parking offer received from Laura
Rashid, that the proposal was not something that City Parking would get involved with.
The next meeting will be Thursday, September 20.
9. Adiournment:
Chair Person Mark Pirrie adjourned the meeting at 8:05 a.m.
Approved by the Board on: September 20, 2018
Respectfully submitted:
Karen Durado
