Approval of Minutes: Carol moved to approve the December 9 minutes; Janet seconded.
Approved 7-0.
Old Business: None
New Business:
Moore Hearing — 10 Three Mile Dr; adding freestanding sign panel. Not lit. Carol moved to
approve; John seconded. Approved 7-0.
Holiday Inn Express — 275 Treeline Rd; replacing existing wall sign. New corporate logo.
Mark moved to approve; Janet seconded. Approved 7-0.
Town Pump — W. Idaho; modifying freestanding sign to incorporate pricing panel. Amber
color; sign is not larger or taller. Discussion regarding readerboard/flashing. Russ moved to
approve; Bill seconded. Approved 7-0.
Town Pump — Hwy 93 S/Cemetery Rd; modifying freestanding sign to incorporate pricing
panel. Amber color; sign is not larger or taller. Discussion regarding landscaping under the
sign. John moved to approve. Russ seconded. Approved 7-0.
227 1st St W — "The Forge" remodel to coffee shop/retail. Original was board and batten. Will
use rock (not cultured stone). Replacing windows. Adding a cement patio in the back.
Landscaping will include ornamental grass. No awning in the front. They have been working
with the historical society. May add a 6 ` fence between them and the neighbor to the west. Bill
moved to approve; John seconded. Approved 7-0.
Super One — 55 1st Ave EN; remodel grocery store. The architects could not make it to the
meeting this week, so it was delayed to the 27th
Other Discussion:
Valley Bank - Hwy 93 N. Part of a new PUD with Cornerstone Church. Corey recused
himself. Mark served as acting chair. This is for preliminary comments only. Presented by
David Mitchell and David Koel from CTA. Going for a rustic look with a mix of
contemporary/glazed windows. 34 ft tall. 3000 sq ft footprint with a basement and an upper
floor. Looks good in general.
